Welcome!

  • It's my first visit. How do I book an appointment?
    Step 1. Find your stylist. Head to Meet the Team page, there you will find the stylists and services they provide. Step 2. Pick your service. Head to the Service menu to read through the services that we offer. Step 3. Book your appointment. Click the "Online Booking Here" button, this will take you to our booking site. There you will choose your stylist, your service, and find the perfect time for you!
  • What's the parking like?
    We have a free parking lot that is almost never full, as well as metered on street parking and a few public parking lots nearby.
  • How should I wear my hair to my appointment?
    Please come with clean(ish) dry hair. If you are coming for a grey coverage service please do not come with cover up spray/powder. If you are coming for a curly cut please wear your hair down and styled as usual.
  • What payment and gratuity methods are accepted?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Gratuity is welcome in the form of cash, Venmo or Zelle.
  • Can I bring my kids to my appoinment?
    We kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. We love our little ones as much as you do, and we also respect that you (and our other guests) need some grown up time too! We encourage you to enjoy some relaxing "me time" during your visit.
  • How do I contact my stylist?

  • Can I work during my appointment?
    You sure can! We have long counters giving you plenty of workspace, wifi, lightning fast chargers and endless Nespresso.
  • Do you cut curly hair?
    Yes we do! Our stylists are extensively educated on all hair textures, including curly to coily hair. We also carry 2 curl specific product lines, LUS and Innersense. We've got options for every texture and need.
  • What if I get hungry/thirsty during my visit?
    We got you covered! Our beverage bar has all the drinks you could need, and its filled with yummy snacks. You're also welcome to door dash right to the studio.
  • How do I cancel/reschedule?
    You can cancel or reschedule through our booking platform, Gloss Genius. Remember to give more than 24 hours notice to avoid the fees outlined in our salon policies.
  • Healthy Hair Promise
    Keeping your hair happy, healthy, and on your head is our #1 priority. We will discuss realistic expectations prior to beginning any service, and will keep you informed throughout the whole process. If at any point during your service we feel that the integrity of your hair may become compromised we will immediately discuss other options with you. Please trust that we want to get you to your goal, and we want your hair to be soft, beautiful, and manageable while we get you there! Thank you for your trust.
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling
    Cancellations/rescheduling accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations/reschedules will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.
  • Tardiness
    Please contact us immediately if you are going to be late to your appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Our cancellation/reschedule policy will apply.
  • Adjustment Policy
    You loving your hair when you style it at home is our goal! If there is anything you aren’t loving please get in touch with us within 7 days so we can make an adjustment for you.
  • Return/Refund Policy
    We do not offer returns or refunds on services, products, or other.
